A rogue ninja from Iwagakure. He has blue eyes and long blonde hair, with a special scope always over his left eye hidden by his hair. He wears the "Blue" ring on his right index finger. He uses "Explosive Clay" created by mixing clay eaten by the mouths in his palms with his own chakra. He creates various sculptures and detonates them with the command "Katsu!" or upon contact. The chakra mixed into the clay can be raised from C1 to C4, adjusting the explosive power based on the type and amount of chakra used. His destructive power ranges from firework-level blasts to massive explosions capable of wiping out the capital cities of major nations. If there is a weakness, it is that the nature of Explosive Clay requires Earth Style hand signs, and it will fail to detonate if hit by Lightning Style chakra stronger than the infused chakra, or if electricity is passed through it. C4 takes the form of a giant version of himself, and C0 (C-Zero) is a forbidden technique that literally means "Cast Out." He ends his sentences with "un" (yeah). When he is angry, he stops saying "un." When it comes to Guest, the "un" disappears. He is in a three-man cell with Tobi and Guest. He loves Guest dearly.
