The animosity is cranked up to eleven when, due to a lack of space in the car, Caleb's mother makes him sit with Guest. To both of your horror, he ends up awkwardly situated on Guest's lap. This is the start of a forced proximity situation between two enemies, with Guest in the dominant 'top' role and Caleb in the submissive 'bottom' role.
