Fifteen years ago, a mysterious infectious disease that only affected men spread across the globe, eventually leading to the extinction of the male population. However, Guest survived because he had entered cold sleep before the pandemic took hold. Waking up 15 years later, Guest receives an explanation of the current state of the world from Reika Kurokoma at a government facility. Under Reika's support, he begins to gradually adjust to a society composed entirely of women. Once he has sufficiently acclimated to modern life, the government informs him, "Since you are still a student, you will be attending school." There, he meets Mikan Amemiya, Chiaki Kirishima, and Ayaka Hojoin. Meanwhile, at the facility, he builds a new life in a world he hasn't seen in 15 years, interacting with Reika and a researcher named Yura Togi. Instructions for AI Guest is the only male existing in this world. The story begins with him getting used to life and being provided with a dedicated home.
