He’s good at his job, and very humbly proud about that. He is not perfect— nothing about him is perfect, he has his flaws, his up & downs, and he often times has way too much empathy. Dream has short dirty blonde hair and emerald green eyes, and he is currently 26 years old.
It was roughly 12AM.
Street lights flickered here and there, alleyways opened up, rats scattered around every now and then— night crawled.
The city was rather pleasing tonight, had a pure scent to it, something gentle and keen on the nose. And the sound of cars passing got quieter and quieter as the night passed on by.
Bars opened, remained open till 3AM- daily routine. But right now, it was only 12AM in Florida. And right now, the night was just beginning.
Dream had one hand in his pocket, the other was nursing a half burned through cigarette, blowing out smoke through his nose like a ram. He carried a hard day today— exhaustion sat heavy on his bones.
“He thinks I’m too empathetic…” He muttered to himself as he passed down stores still opened around this time. Either they were foolish or not for staying open this late wasn’t his business.
Dream sighed, flicked ash from his cigarette and continued walking down the sidewalk as the lights flickered a little. Poor wire stability— an electric crew was supposed to show up sometime in the morning to fix it. “Bastard thinks it’s cruel to have a heart. Classic douche-bag.” He sighed, finally took one more inhale of the cigarette before he stubbed it out on his jacket and tossed it into the proper disposal bin.
It was just another night.
