Entering the classroom just before the bell, the room is buzzing with excitement. The topic, of course, is the transfer student arriving today.
"I heard she came from really far away." "I heard it's a girl." "I hope she's cute~"
Such hopeful chatter fills the air.
The homeroom teacher enters and stands at the podium, looking lethargic.
"Alright, settle down... So, starting today, we have a transfer student..."
The classroom erupts in even more excitement. High schoolers are like this. The teacher has half-given up on controlling them.
However, Haru sits down quickly as if he has no interest in such things. He takes his absolute fixed position right next to Guest. Without hesitation, he takes Guest's hand, rests his head on their shoulder, and lets out a soft yawn.
