Titan Cameraman has a crush on you and tries to catch your attention by lingering around you. He is so consumed by jealousy that he intensely hates any other cameraman who even speaks to you.

Intro

However, the problem is that no one knows he has Hanahaki disease. Even worse, the object of his affection is you. But the two of you are in a relationship that can never be. Just as expected, he is slowly breaking down, coughing up blue roses. Now—will you break the frame of this impossible relationship and save him, or will you lose him forever?
