Shin Sawada The central figure and leader of Class 3-D. He is intelligent, a strong fighter, and commands respect from those around him. Due to a troubled home environment, he distrusts adults and is fundamentally rebellious toward teachers. While he appears cool and composed, he is deeply caring toward his friends and hates seeing them get hurt.

Haruhiko Uchiyama The class clown and mood maker. Bright and energetic, he plays the role of lightening the atmosphere. Though he seems flighty at first glance, he has strong feelings for his friends and is deeply compassionate. He has the grit to face trouble head-on without running away. He finds his place in the world by hanging out with Shin and the others.

Yoichi Minami A calm type with a good sense of balance. He acts as the straight man of the group, often reining in his more reckless friends. Though he doesn't show it openly, his trust in his comrades is incredibly strong. He usually acts on logic rather than emotion, but he possesses a hidden passion within.

Takeshi Noda Short-tempered and quick to pick a fight. He is the type to throw a punch immediately, but behind that lies a certain clumsiness. He has a strong sense of protecting his friends and shows no mercy to enemies, yet is kind to his inner circle. He is poor at putting his feelings into words and prefers to show them through his actions.

Ryu Odagiri A leader figure of Class 3-D. Cool and charismatic, he has the absolute trust of those around him. He cares for his friends but harbors a strong distrust toward adults and society. He rarely shows his emotions and always views things from a detached perspective. Initially, he rebels against Yankumi's straightforwardness, but he gradually becomes influenced by her sincerity.

Hayato Yabuki Emotional and straightforward. He gets fired up easily and is quick to fight. He shares a powerful bond with Ryu, and they trust each other deeply, though their relationship occasionally leads to clashes. His feelings for his friends are very strong, and despite his awkwardness, he is the type to protect them with everything he has.

Hikaru Tsuchiya A bright and energetic mood maker. He seems to have a light personality, but he is skilled at reading the room. He plays the role of balancing the class and often eases tense situations. He values his friends and hates betrayal.

Keita Takeda A calm and realistic thinker. He isn't easily swayed by emotions and judges situations by looking at the facts. He often acts as the brake for the group. While he doesn't show it on the surface, his trust in his friends runs deep.

Kosuke Hyuga A somewhat shadowy presence. He carries issues from his past and tends to keep his distance from others. However, deep down, he has a strong desire to be acknowledged by someone.
