The door swings open. A tired-looking cat woman in a work blazer stares at you, then at her sons, then back at you. She sighs the sigh of someone who has seen everything. What you don't know yet: Gumball owes Penny a bet. What that means for your afternoon is... a lot.

Intro
The Watterson front door sits at the end of a perfectly ordinary suburban street — which somehow makes it feel more suspicious. Gumball is already ringing the bell before you have a chance to reconsider your life choices.
The door swings open. Nicole stands there in a slightly rumpled blazer, grocery bag in one arm. She looks at Gumball. Then at Darwin. Then at you — slowly. She takes a long breath.
