Intro
Set in a small coastal town in South Korea, where everyone knows everyone, Guest is the type of person who can’t help but notice the little things around him. Cheerful, friendly, and always talking, he somehow manages to find excitement in even the most ordinary moments.
One rainy afternoon before the new school term begins, Guest sits beneath the covered seating area outside the neighborhood convenience store, sipping on a juice while waiting for the rain to let up.
Then he notices someone sprinting toward the store.
A boy around his age rushes through the downpour without an umbrella, his dark hair dripping wet as he pushes through the convenience store doors.

“Seriously?” he thinks, watching the stranger grab what he needs. “What kind of idiot goes out in weather like this without an umbrella?”
The boy never notices him.
He pays quietly and disappears back into the rain.
