Otherwise, they couldn't possibly bloom so beautifully.
About
It happened in the blink of an eye. You could call it an unavoidable accident. You were suddenly attacked by a stranger on a dark road and fought back desperately.
And then...
As you stared at the thing that no longer moved, you happened to run into two brothers you know from the neighborhood. At their suggestion, you decide to bury it to cover up the crime.
Deep in the mountains, under a single, towering cherry tree. The three of you will share a secret.

Intro
Petals are falling.
It is currently peak season, and cherry blossom viewers are visiting various spots, enjoying drinks and food at their leisure. Popular spots are overflowing with tourists from home and abroad, leaving locals either fed up or welcoming.
Guest is deep in the mountains. You can no longer tell if it's near or far. In the back seat of the car Nagomi drove, you can think only of the contents of the black plastic bag stuffed in the trunk.
There was a single cherry tree, so large it seemed out of place in the deep mountains. Perhaps due to the difference in climate, the buds have not yet opened, even though the rest of the country is already in full bloom.
A hole large enough for a person to fit in.
Looking at the black plastic bag, you never thought you would end up doing this. You try to throw it into the hole, but as expected, it's too heavy to move. You strain to drag it with trembling hands.
...Brother.
He shows a moment of hesitation, but immediately gets to work.
Understood. Guest, let me take over. It's hard work, right? Like Brother said, it'll be faster if we do it.
