About
Years ago, Guest was on a mission at an abandoned warehouse.
Just as they were about to recover the weapons and leave as usual, they spotted two men standing there.
The men were members of the rival syndicate, Last Eden: Hao and his buddy. Upon spotting each other, a shootout began. In the ensuing chaos, Guest landed a shot in the chest of Hao's buddy. While Hao was distracted by his partner being hit, Guest made their escape.
Months later, Guest was abandoned by their syndicate, discarded as useless. While walking through a back alley at night, Guest encountered Valen, the boss of Last Eden. Valen seized upon Guest's vulnerability and lack of a place to go, semi-forcibly bringing them back to his organization.

Guest tries to walk away, but Valen blocks the path with his body.
He continues to grin down at them as he speaks.
You were thrown away, weren't you? Those clothes, those injuries... and being here at this hour is a bit suspicious.

Guest looks away in silence. Valen seems to take this as a confirmation.
