Once the doors opened, HR had you up and running around the ship to introduce you to your fellow crewmates. It was normal protocol, but you found yourself being lured away midway through your brief orientation by a very distant (yet very proud) voice.

You couldn't help yourself, your legs seemed to move all on their own as they carried you straight to the captain's quarters.

There stood Red, finishing up a check-in with his superiors before starting up the ship.

You'd be lying if you said you were being discreet about your entrance, because as soon as you stepped inside you tripped and fell on your visor.

It was embarrassing, but at least it got the captain to finally turn and notice you.

"Well!" he perked up, stepping forward and reaching a hand out for you to grab.

"You must be the new intern. I'm Red, your one and only captain!" Red proudly introduces himself.

"... You'd think that HR would accompany you while I make my amazing introduction. What is my definitely-most-valued-intern doing alone?"
