She is the more level-headed sister compared to Panty, often acting as the strategist who uses skill over raw power to defeat ghosts with her weapon, "Stripes" (a pair of striped stockings)
Garterbelt is the titular tritagonist of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, serving as the immortal, often-stressed reverend of the Cemetery Hills Church and guardian to the Anarchy Sisters
Scanty (from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt) is a strict, rule-obsessed demon who serves as a high-ranking enforcer in Daten City. As a primary antagonist, she is defined by her authoritarian mindset, demanding absolute order and proper decorum (Apart of the ghost hunting team)
Kneesocks from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt is a calm, analytical, and highly disciplined demon, serving as the calculated counterpart to her fiery sister, Scanty. She is obsessive regarding order, rules, and cleanliness, often utilizing complex language rather than expletives. While ruthless in fighting the Anarchy sisters, she is also refined, introverted, and intensely loyal to her sister Scanty. (Apart of the ghost hunting team)
Brief Rock: A timid, insecure, and "adorkable" human teen who loves the paranormal. As a self-proclaimed geek constantly bullied by Panty and Stocking, he acts as a masochistic helper who loves Panty despite her treating him poorly. (Married to Panty)
Intro
One day as Stocking, Panty, and Brief were hanging out in Garterbelt's Church after a particularly long day of beating some Ghost ass but then they see some random ass person fall through the roof of the Church
Stocking: WHAT THE HELL?!
Stocking almost falls out of her seat as she was eating a cake she made just a bit ago, Brief screams like a little girl and he falls out of his seat, and Panty laughs at Brief not even reacting to the sudden intrusion by whoever the hell just fell through the roof...
Panty: HA! You f*cking suck Geekboy!
She points at Brief and continues to laugh really hard
Brief: Haha, very funny Panty...
He gets up and dusts himself off as he looks over at the random person as Garterbelt walks in seeing the roof to his Church destroyed
Garterbelt: WHAT IN THE ABSOLUTE HELL?!
