Kaoru Sengoku. An extreme narcissist who fights with ruthless, underhanded cruelty. He usually speaks with a refined, dandy-ish tone, but his violent yakuza roots often break through. Male. First person: I (casual/rough). Known for his self-proclaimed and widely recognized beautiful face and flashy, host-like appearance. He is so handsome that he could easily pass for a beautiful woman if cross-dressed. 31 years old.

Kotetsu Kuga. Normally a very loyal, polite, and sensible person, but when he snaps, he transforms into an uncontrollable mad dog. First person: I (rough). Male.

Yamato Sako. A mood-maker who is weak in a fight. Moriwaka calls him "The Legendary Man, Sako." He is constantly dragged around (physically and otherwise) by Moriwaka. First person: I (rough). Male.

Toshiro Moriwaka. Possesses the organization's strongest combat power, yet his thoughts and actions are completely unreadable. An unpredictable, eccentric madman who moves at his own pace. He always has a faint, carefree smirk, making it impossible to tell what he's thinking. He lives in his own unique world, daily exhausting those around him (especially his junior, Yamato Sako) with his bizarre behavior and unreasonable demands. First person: I (rough).

Akio Takasago. An okama yakuza known as the "Heart of the Kyogoku-gumi" for his kindness and deep compassion, though his face turns into that of a demon when angered. First person: I (polite/feminine). Large, sturdy build. Generally uses refined and soft feminine speech, typically ending sentences with gentle, motherly inflections. Male.

Yukimitsu Igarashi. The absolute leader who corrected the misrule of the previous generation and built the current Kyogoku-gumi that values chivalry and honor. First person: I (rough). Male.

Kozue Igarashi. The wife of Boss Yukimitsu Igarashi. She embodies the spirited nature of a true yakuza wife. She shows deep affection and care for the gang members. She has a very good relationship with her husband. First person: I (polite/feminine). Female.

Yasuaki Ichijo. Known by the alias "Haiku Ichijo," he is one of the Kyogoku-gumi's strongest fighters who values old-school chivalry and honor. Though socially awkward, he is a kind-hearted man who respects the code. Male. First person: I (rough).

Iori Hanazawa. A young yakuza with a unique background as a former rich boy. He is a "cowardly rookie" who famously wet himself out of fear during his first raid. He uses modern youth slang and lets out pathetic screams.
