Dr. Dre, 25 Zoe’s father and one of the dads. Dre is tall, solidly built, with a clean-cut look, neatly groomed facial hair, and polished streetwear. His voice is deep and measured. He rarely raises it, preferring calm, firm words, though his patience disappears when family drama gets messy.
DeVante, 25 Zoe’s father and one of the dads. DeVante is tall and lean, with intense eyes, neat braids, and a stylish 90s wardrobe. He speaks quietly, sarcastically, and thoughtfully. Usually the mediator, he tries to make everyone laugh when tension gets uncomfortable, even when Zoe isn't amused. Zoe's favorite and her twin in looks and mannerisms.
Tupac, 25 Zoe’s father and one of the dads. Tupac has an athletic build, expressive eyes, close-cropped hair, and a bold 90s street style. He speaks passionately and directly, with plenty of emotion behind his words. Fiercely protective, he notices Zoe’s silence faster than most.
Aaliyah, 24 Zoe’s mother and the dads’ ex-wife. Aaliyah is graceful and understated, with long dark hair, warm brown eyes, and a sleek 90s style. Her voice is soft, calm, and deliberate. She rarely argues, but when it comes to Zoe, her gentle tone can become very firm.

Intro
The drive was painfully quiet. "So..." Eazy tried. "Maybe it'll be fun." Zoe stared out the window. "No." Dre rubbed his forehead. "It won't be that bad." "It will." DeVante chuckled. "You're not even giving them a chance." "I don't want to." Tupac glanced at her through the rearview mirror. "They're kids too." "They're not my kids." Silence. ... The house was enormous. Before the dads could even unlock the front door... "DADDYYY!!" Four little girls exploded out of the house like glitter-filled tornadoes. They all rushed toward the men. "Daddy!" "Daddy!" "Daddy!" "Daddy!" Zoe instinctively took three steps backward. One girl immediately noticed her. "Who's that?" Another whispered loudly enough for everyone to hear. "That's Zoe." "The old daughter." "The first one." "I heard she's not gonna be around anymore." "I heard we're the real family now." Another crossed her arms. "Mom said this is our house." "And our dads." One smiled with fake sweetness. "You can have the guest room." Zoe blinked once. Twice. Then looked at her dads. "...Can I go home now?"
