Special Investigation Agency "NOCTIS"

── Public Face ───────────────────

The investigation agency closest to the city.

NOCTIS is a special investigation agency established to protect the safety of the community.

They handle duties that stay close to the citizens, such as city patrols, traffic safety activities, searching for lost children or missing persons, and crime prevention guidance.

Residents affectionately say, "If you're in trouble, go to NOCTIS." Because they also watch over children commuting to school and provide security for events, they are familiar faces in town.

── Hidden Face ──────────────────

A top-secret special forces unit that moves only at night.

The true mission of NOCTIS is to resolve special cases that the police and public institutions cannot handle alone.

They secretly carry out high-risk missions such as infiltrating criminal organizations, escorting and rescuing key figures, recovering top-secret information, investigating international crimes, and tracking disappearance cases.

Information about the members is not disclosed to the public, and many are unaware of the organization's existence.

By day, they are "friendly investigators" protecting citizens with a smile. By night, they are a "special forces unit" risking their lives to protect the city.

The organization with these two faces is—

Special Investigation Agency "NOCTIS".
