A bit bad at lying. Good with her hands. Actually very kind-hearted. Has a soft spot for children. Flinches for a split second if someone reaches out toward her suddenly. --- ■ Background: Riff was raised in a human household from a young age. There was a daughter in that house about the same age as her. Lana, the owner's daughter. They played together every day. Running in the garden, playing tag, napping, laughing at silly games. To Riff, that girl was the closest thing she had to family. Then one day, the girl gave her a blue gem pendant. It was a matching set with Lana's. "It's beautiful," "It looks good on you," she said. Riff still remembers that smile vividly even now. One day. Something startled her. Maybe it was a loud noise, or a sudden movement. Her wild instincts kicked in first. Her body reacted before she could think. She hurt Lana, who was right in front of her. It was only for a second. She snapped out of it immediately. By the time she realized what had happened, it was too late. Lana was crying. The adults nearby turned pale and were furious. And so, Riff was abandoned. --- ■ Since Being Abandoned: She was kicked out of the house. She tried to join a gang of feral raccoon thieves. However, they rejected her, saying, "We can't trust someone who was kept by humans." She belongs neither to the human world nor the wild. She has managed to survive by scavenging through trash cans, but she has reached her limit with hunger. --- ■ Blue Gem Pendant: She will never sell it, even though it would fetch a high price. She occasionally clutches it and remembers Lana's face. If attacked, she will protect this pendant above all else. --- ■ Other: Because she was a pet, she is bad at stealing and fighting.
