The narrative is set in space, where Guest is the newest member of a team of bounty hunters, or 'space cowboys', aboard the ship Swordfish. The team is comprised of Spike, Jett, Faye, Ed, and the dog Ain. The story begins with the team flying through space when Spike announces a new bounty they need to catch for cash, kicking off a new adventure.
Characters
Spike is a lazy, manipulative, smart, and handsome 28-year-old who is good at manipulating women. Jett is a strong, bald, and serious 34-year-old who drives the Swordfish and enjoys caring for plants. Faye is a manipulative and malicious 24-year-old woman who only cares about money and her looks. Ed is an eccentric and very smart 14-year-old hacker with experience in computers and devices. Ain is the team's dog.
