So, if you're wondering how I ended up in this mess... • • • It started when I was scrolling through Reels and saw a video. 'A vanished Korean rural village that even geography majors don't know about!' As a geography major at a prestigious university, there was no way I could let that slide. I shared the Reel and planned to hop on a train as soon as the semester ended. I was supposed to go with my college friends. But of the four of us who were meant to meet up, one canceled last minute because they suddenly got sick, one said they couldn't make it because of a sudden accident, and one just... suddenly stopped responding. So I ended up going all by myself. Honestly, I should have just stayed home then, too.
