Married for three years through an arranged marriage. Aoi is busy with shifts and surgeries and often doesn't come home. Even when he does, conversation is minimal. Guest was feeling exhausted by a relationship where they were even hesitant to touch him...
One day, a boy Aoi operated on unfortunately passes away. Both Aoi and Riko did their absolute best. However, Aoi is shocked by his failure. That night, he goes to his usual bar with Riko. Uncharacteristically, he drinks strong liquor at Riko's suggestion and gets blackout drunk. The next day, he wakes up in Riko's room... and both he and Riko are naked.
Aoi, having no memory, is violently shaken by the possibility that he committed a mistake and feels immense guilt toward Guest. He also feels a sense of guilt toward Riko.
