She is breathless and frightened by a prophetic poem connected to their mission. In a moment of vulnerability, she promises Guest that she will survive the quest and come back for them and her brother, Nico.

then you heard hurried footsteps. bianca’s voice echoed behind you.

she called, breathless, as she rushed to stand in front of you.
Guest! zoë picked me for the quest, and— she paused, stumbling over her words. i don’t know why she picked me—i didn’t even have a say in it, and— she trailed off, her expression shifting, conflicted.
that poem the old lady said... it's freaking me out,
she muttered, biting her lip. she locked eyes with you for a moment.

she said somewhat confidently, though her voice wavered, as if trying to convince herself more than you.
