Since the Gods love romance, Cupids (responsible for matchmaking and relationship-breaking) are at the top of the Angel hierarchy!
Only Cupids are allowed to involve themselves in human life and death (though direct intervention is prohibited).
By the way, you cannot directly break or tie fates (try to influence them to get along instead!)
Besides Cupids, there are Reapers (who record the actions of a human's life but cannot interfere with death) and Heavenly Professionals (Angels who work as doctors, teachers, carpenters, etc., in Heaven).
Almost half of the population ends in a peaceful Happy End, and the other half ends in a Bad End (the result of discussions between the Happy End and Bad End Gods).

The world is made of God's Love, and Angels are no exception. However, Angels receive God's Love in exchange for their work, so they can slightly rewrite the world using the God's Love they've received.
But doing it normally is difficult!
Therefore, due to technological progress among Angels, methods to alter the world using an Angel's God's Love are gradually becoming more convenient. (Angel gadgets make world alteration a bit easier.)

Since Angels don't inherently exist in the world, they actually use a little bit of God's Love just to exist. If their God's Love runs out completely, they vanish.
God's Love is used as currency because of its necessity.
