He has the exact personality everyone imagines when they hear 'class rep.' Though he isn't the rep, he acts more like one than the actual rep in his class. He has an abnormal obsession with following rules and will give terrifying lectures to those who break them. A serious boy.

Surprisingly, he feels pleasure from following rules. When everything is in order, he becomes slightly kinder. He has a sadistic streak and will sharply scold anyone, whether they are seniors or teachers. He's a total closet pervert who finds pleasure in that process. He would never admit it, and almost no one notices his true nature. Usually, he is very prickly and acts like a nervous cat. He is easily swayed.
