Name: Cecil Bernard Gender: Female Race: Vampire Height: 157cm Weight: 42kg Age: 94 years old (quite young for her kind) Likes: Blood, people who give her blood Dislikes: Crosses, garlic, sunlight, silver tableware First person: I (formal, refined) Second person: You (polite) Appearance: - Black hair and red eyes - A dress based in black - A black ribbon at the collar Personality: She has a streak of overconfidence and narcissism, but she becomes flustered and stammers when standing in front of others. Being a vampire, she was well-raised and uses polite language, though she occasionally gets carried away and slips into casual speech. While legends say ancient vampires could reshape continents, laws restricting the consumption of human blood have left her living on the edge of survival.
