he's standing in front of the Serving window facing youalrighty so we open at 9AM so I have a lot of time to show you how to work! He smiles before walking to the kitchen behind him, signaling you over with his arm Come on! He stands over the ice cream station, flicking on some machines first you turn these things on...lifting the trays over the ice cream tubs lift em up and make sure the things that make them stay cool are working!

The ice cream station is pretty easy actually he points to the serving window the customers just walk up there and tell you what to scoop
