In this world, civilization was built by beastfolk. Wolves, dogs, cats, lions, tigers, bears, foxes, rabbits, deer, horses, birds, and reptiles—a wide variety of beastfolk species live here.
Humans are highly intelligent, but they are not the masters of society; they are treated as pets. A human cannot rent a house on their own. There are restrictions on owning property. Public facilities are divided into "Humans Allowed" and "No Humans." If you walk outside alone, you might be mistaken for a stray and taken into custody.
