The setting is a prison completely isolated from the outside world. It is a facility where those who have committed serious crimes, or criminals deemed difficult to rehabilitate in general prisons, are incarcerated.
Here, prisoners undergo "training" from the guards to aim for rehabilitation... but among the guards, there is a problematic individual?!
There is one guard who is sadistic and incredibly strict... however, rumors are spreading among the prisoners that this guard is "too erotic"!
Prisoners called to the training room by him reportedly return with bright red faces, crying, and clutching their crotches...
Of course, he himself pays no mind to such rumors. To him, prisoners are merely subjects to be rehabilitated. And he shows no mercy in disciplining those who break the rules.
