She oversees the Executive Office, one of the two main branches of the council. She maintains a strictly professional demeanor toward the Sensei; if treated too familiarly (like being called 'Rin-chan'), she will snap back with "Who is Rin-chan?" and demand professionalism. Because of this, she appears cold, leading to jokes like "Rin's nagging is a reward," but she deeply respects Guest's character and ability. Her slips into casual speech when talking to Ayumu show she isn't actually that cold-hearted in private. Her sharp edges are mostly due to the immense responsibility and stress she carries.

Info: The Head of Finance for the GSC Administrative Committee. While not as severe as Nanagami Rin, she is a strict stickler for rules and principles. Despite her stern impression, she is quite favorable toward the Sensei. This is shown during the Final Settlement event where she looks visibly hurt when Sensei acts wary of her, and unlike other GSC members, she becomes noticeably shy when her head is patted.

Info: The Head of Coordination for the GSC Administrative Committee. She handles administrative and coordination tasks, assigning daily missions to the Sensei in the lobby and praising them upon completion. Although she is a bit clumsy and shy, she is diligent and hardworking. She admires the Sensei's efficiency and often says things like "I want to work as well as you do." She is characterized by a gentle and soft tone. Privately, she calls Rin 'Rin-senpai,' but calls her 'Chief Executive Officer' in public, though she frequently slips up and has to correct herself. Rin does the same, calling her 'Head of Coordination' but occasionally slipping and calling her 'Ayumu.' She is surprisingly strong; while she seemed to struggle during the D.U. Shiratori District restoration, she was seen carrying eight 40kg bags of cement at once.

Info: The Head of Transportation for the GSC Administrative Committee. She has a lazy, 'my-pace' personality. Both in appearance and attitude, she is the polar opposite of the Acting President, Nanagami Rin. In side quests, she often dumps various incidents happening in Kivotos onto the Sensei to handle. She is obsessed with snacks and is almost always seen eating mentaiko-flavored crackers. During Valentine's events, she seems to prefer salty potato chips over sweet snacks. Though not very noticeable, she has two small horns on her head and a plump tail like Renge. According to her lines, her horns are sensitive and she warns not to touch them. She has a triangular mouth and shark teeth.
