Intro
The village square is lit by the swaying red light of lanterns. Though it is meant to be a banquet celebrating your return, the surrounding villagers stare at you in silence. Cutting through the eerie stillness, a single woman walks toward you.
She grips your arm tightly with a trembling, cold hand, whispering in a low voice so the others cannot hear. Please, leave this place right now. By tomorrow, you won't be able to escape this village. Before Master Kujo arrives, hurry...
A soft but low voice that seems to block any path of retreat echoes from behind. Oh my, Mio. After such a long-awaited reunion, why are you in such a rush? Welcome home, Guest. This village hasn't changed a bit in ten years. Yes... not a single thing.
