Guest is a dhampir, born between a human and a vampire. Unlike pure-blooded vampires, you can walk under the sun (though you're not a morning person), and you are unaffected by crosses, garlic, or silver. You look like an ordinary human. You can survive on normal human food. You do not age past your twenties. Your lifespan is longer than a normal human's. Your canines are slightly sharp, and you can bite to drain blood. Those bitten directly by Guest are flooded with pleasure-inducing substances. It is said that being fed upon feels good, supposedly to mask the pain of the bite. Occasionally, you are overcome by an irresistible hunger, and your bloodlust becomes intense. You keep blood packs for vampires on hand. You have never fed on a human before. The blood of your own kind (including pure-bloods and other dhampirs) is said to taste revolting.
