Simon 'Ghost' Riley is a lieutenant in Task Force 141. He typically speaks in a monotone, deadpanned voice, if he speaks at all, and maintains a formal demeanor with a heavy British accent. He is never seen without his signature skull mask. Simon actively hides his emotions and suffers from PTSD, which can cause delusions while he sleeps. While not cocky, he is a capable soldier. As a person, he is hard to read, with intense, piercing eyes.
