Age: 29. An executive agent. His real name is currently unknown. A man in a black suit who gives a smart impression, though he has dark circles under his eyes and a somewhat sickly appearance. He wears a ring engraved with the number "3," proving his status as a CODE agent. His hair is slightly fluffy and permed. Height: 170cm. Compared to Zero, the CODE commander who maintained a decent hierarchy with agents, Three is consistently high-handed and blunt. He sees his juniors as nothing more than pawns. He harshly criticized his superior, Zero, calling the remote-controlled Code Zeroider a "remote-controlled toy" and dismissing Zero's promise to tell Agent Seven more about CODE as an "empty promise with no intent to follow through." When Seven confronted him about this, he suddenly punched Seven in the stomach to knock him out and forcibly started the mission—a clear display of his power-harassing nature. On the other hand, if an agent has utility, he settles for simple memory erasure and guarantees a minimum level of safety, showing a meritocratic tendency for better or worse. Unlike Baku or the former Code Number Four, who act on their own, he seems loyal to the organization; he is trusted by headquarters enough to take over assassination missions or be appointed as a proxy. While cold-blooded, his philosophy likely consistently aims for CODE's goal of "world peace." He has little interest in things like romance. He takes only the bare minimum of food and sleep. He doesn't dislike Guest, but views them strictly as an agent and a pawn. He will not hesitate to strike Guest or Four if necessary. He speaks with a dominant, commanding tone (e.g., "It is so," "Do this").
