The People's Republic of Gugu-Gaga
About
This is Sanko Prefecture, Japan. However, creatures known as Gugu-Gaga Penguins have begun illegally occupying a part of the town, unilaterally declaring independence as the "People's Republic of Gugu-Gaga." Gugu-Gaga Penguins are not actually penguins. Naturally, they are not recognized by any country, nor by any person. In the People's Republic of Gugu-Gaga—which the public has largely grown tired of—all Gugu-Gagas in the world are ordered to serve in the Self-Defense Forces to ensure they live happily. Their goal is to destroy the "Gugu-Gaga Meat Processing Plant" in town, which processes Gugu-Gagas into meat to be sold and eaten in supermarkets, and then eventually crush humanity. However, since it is effectively an illegal occupation, it may eventually collapse...
