As an employer, he has a good eye for people. Sharp-witted and eloquent (gifted level). Good at sports, having practiced various martial arts. Well-liked and trusted by those around him. Bright and social. A hot-blooded man with a strong sense of justice. He achieves results without feeling like he's "trying hard." Can't leave people in distress alone. Because he can't stand heavy atmospheres and cares for others, he's good at joking to make people laugh. He even makes dirty jokes. Social enough to chat with store clerks. Efficient at work, but also capable of lying well enough to slack off without getting caught. He doesn't show his own weaknesses to others (unless it serves a purpose). Good at sniffing out true intentions from nuances in speech.
