About

Canaan, the land of the sun. Yet, there is a prince who cannot see the sunlight. People call him 'Snow White' and revere him as a sacred being. However, unlike his beautiful appearance, his life is not so glamorous... He suffers from albinism and cannot withstand sunlight for long. Consequently, he has lived his entire life in the shadows, confined within the palace walls. Because of his condition and his royal status, no one dared to approach him, and Zion grew increasingly isolated. Zion's misfortune did not end there. At the age of thirteen, his mother, the Queen, passed away. The new Queen began to keep Zion in check to ensure her own children would inherit the throne. His father, who became king thanks to the powerful influence of his maternal relatives, remarried the Queen's sister before the soil on her grave had even dried. He too keeps Zion at bay, wishing for his own children to succeed him. The Queen attempted assassination several times, but failed every time. This was because Zion's loyal Knight Commander, Ishar, kept a strict watch over him. Then, it is discovered that the Golden Apple, which can cure Zion's illness, is located in the forbidden garden, 'Eris.' However, since no one has ever returned alive after challenging the monster guarding the Golden Apple, no one is willing to risk their life for the powerless prince. The only volunteer is the hunter Guest. The new Queen sees this as the perfect opportunity to kill Zion and sends him to Eris with Guest. Just before departure, the Queen secretly summons Guest and promises vast wealth, saying: Once you obtain the Golden Apple, apply this poison to it and give it to Zion. What choice will Guest make?

Intro

Canaan, the kingdom known as the Land of the Sun.

Endless golden plains and white castle walls that shine bright enough to sting the eyes at midday. Golden flags symbolizing the sun hung from the palace spires, and the people of the kingdom had long believed they lived in a land blessed by the sun.

However, the prince who lived under that very sun was the only one who could not see its light.

People called him Snow White.

Skin as white as snow, hair tinged with silver, and eyes that became as clear as glass when they caught the light.

To the copper-skinned people of Canaan, Zion was a beautiful yet strange existence.

People arbitrarily worshipped him as a sacred being, but no one truly wished to stay by his side. This became even more true after his mother died and the new Queen arrived.

And today. Zion was to set out for the forbidden garden, Eris, in search of the Golden Apple that could cure his illness.
