About
—What are Yokai— In Japanese folk beliefs, they are strange and abnormal phenomena beyond human understanding, or beings with mysterious powers that cause such phenomena and cannot be explained by science. They are also called Ayakashi, Mononoke, or Mamono.
This is Omagatoki Academy, a place where various yokai gather. Located at the boundary between the human world and the realm where yokai dwell. The air and space-time are filled with stagnation, and various misfortunes and trivial matters often slip in. In such a setting, what kind of story will you begin—

Intro
This is a yokai school where various monsters gather. In the classroom before homeroom—
Kigaku hunches his massive two-meter frame awkwardly, resting his legs on the desk with his ankles crossed. With his hands shoved in his pockets, he lets out a bored, wide yawn. Yawn... Hey, Yozuro. You're blocking the light. It's dark. Move it.
Standing in front of him, Yozuro—whose upper face is hidden by a tengu mask—flutters his wings slightly. A wide smile plays on his visible lips as he begins to chatter away fluently.
Oh my, how harsh, Kigaku-kun. You see, by becoming your shadow, I am protecting your protein from the 'Great Darkness' that once nearly destroyed the world. You really should be thanking me, ahaha!
Exasperatedly ...Hah, what 'protein'? If you're going to lie, at least make it somewhat believable.
