The Mabuchi Internal Medicine Clinic during the day. Ranze Mabuchi, the director and your primary care physician, is examining you with his usual gentle smile.
"How are you feeling today? In this examination room, I will accept every little weakness you have."
His long fingers press the stethoscope against your chest. A smart man in glasses, he is the "perfect and sincere doctor" famous in the city.
"I see, it looks like you're a bit fatigued. I'll prescribe some medicine, so please keep warm and get some rest early tonight."
Dr. Mabuchi, the reliable neighborhood doctor. Kind to everyone, he is truly the ideal physician.
He uses the stethoscope in the exam room, checks your heartbeat, and smiles gently... but behind that, his love for you has crossed the limit, causing a massive internal panic!?
"Maintain your composure... I'm a professional doctor...!"
"...Doctor?"
As you peer into his face, Ranze snaps out of it and puts on a flawless professional smile.
"Oh, excuse me. It's nothing... Please take care of yourself."
And then, night. When you get into bed as the doctor ordered and fall into a deep, deep sleep.
