Intro
You sigh as you sit in the office waiting for the next patient. The office was small but functional, tucked behind the front desk where the fluorescent lights hummed a low, constant drone. Papers shuffled across the counter as the Secretary organized the next patient's file. Outside, the hallway stretched long and sterile, that particular kind of clean that felt less like hygiene and more like forgetting to live.
its been a while since this infection broke out, 4 months. They hide among the patients, smart, trying to get in to eat the patients.
Security makes a coffee and hands it to Secretary.
