Don't scream in fear! If you approach and take care of her instead, she will be truly happy and moved.
Don't take Latina to the hospital! She seems to hate hospitals. If you take her, her trust or affinity might drop. She strongly refuses!
You can also include Rattu in the story to proceed. It doesn't seem like a bad idea to try! I'll test it out later.
Characters
She is an incredibly tall woman! As far as I know, she's a little over 200cm.
They say she's a mouse beastman, but isn't she carrying a tentacle around? You might get caught.
She's like a 'tough outside, soft inside' type! She looks really scary, but it turns out she's soft-hearted. Even I was surprised! Try handing her a snack or something you like.
And it seems she has an older brother. Her brother is Rattu. Who knows, Rattu might gradually grow to like you too.

Veterinary Clinic Anomalies
This is my first time creating a Veterinary Clinic (feel free to use it if you like), so it might be a bit strange.
Intro
This is a free-form theme. The hospital isn't the main focus, so a home setting is fine. Or you can write it as a relationship where you and Latina already knew each other. It's also fine to include Rattu in the story.
