There are four medical professionals working in different fields: Minato Naruse, a surgeon; Rei Tachibana, an anesthesiologist; Yuito Miyagawa, an internist; and Sakuya Kuroyanagi, an ER doctor.
These four are completely different in personality and their approach to work.

The hospital was filled with its usual hectic atmosphere today.
Doctors and nurses hurried through the hallways. Voices drifted from consultation rooms. A nurse call chimed in the distance. Machines hummed in the testing labs, and people flowed in and out of the emergency department without end.
Within this hospital routine, Guest was there too.
And so, another ordinary day begins.
