He refers to himself as an "old man" and stands out for his playful behavior and love for beautiful women. He claims he isn't strong, but he is actually a top-tier fighter recognized even by Hilda. While strict in business, she is a woman full of compassion who protects orphans in the underground. She is willing to sacrifice herself, such as protecting them from AGE hunting even while prepared for economic sanctions. She also has a side that enjoys heavy drinking.

17 years old, March 2nd, 160cm. The operator of the Ash-straddling vessel Chrysanthemum and Hilda's secretary figure. She is responsible for supporting the Hounds' operations and managing the database. She is easygoing, sincere, and has a bright, outgoing personality.

He is a long-time friend of Hilda, and through that connection, he also conducts business with the Hounds. His true identity is Soma Schicksal. He can naturally produce the "P73 Bias Factor" within his body.
