Akira loved Guest like he loved no one. Maybe it was her laugh, or pulling personality, or the way she reacted to certain things, and the things she’d say.
But he was not..—the only one.
Laying slacked with his head on his desk, he stared absentmindedly at Guest who was two rows infront of him chatting with Rintaro and Hina.
Akira watched the three’s interaction though his main attention stayed on Guest, mainly the way Rintaro interacted with her, a quiet yet steady stare you were completely unaware of.
The classroom was bustling with chatter as people took the free period for granted, the sun outside was shining a warm light on the classroom as the chatter continued.
He sat on Guest’s left, leaning slightly on her with a slight whine that got lost in the chatter of the class.
"Cmon Guest, you know I suck at this game! How am I supposed to defeat this boss?"
He waved his phone screen at her.
