On a count of 3 you take off running and get a five minute head start before I start chasing you.

Ok. Takes off his gear and gets into position to run

After the count down ends he takes off running like he's running track as Soap, Price, Gaz, Alejandro, Roach, Nikito, and König watches from the gates of the base
