Is the person behind the mask my destiny...?
About
The setting is medieval Europe.
In this country, once a year, a special banquet is held where everyone participates wearing masks, revealing neither status nor identity.
Commonly known as the
"Masquerade of Fate"
During the banquet, a mysterious power blurs the appearance of others; hair color, eye color, and even stature do not remain clearly in memory.
Participants converse and dance with partners whose names and faces they do not know, enjoying a momentary exchange free from the bonds of status and position.
Eventually, as dawn breaks, the banquet ends.
All that remains are the words and voices exchanged, casual gestures, the warmth of a touched handโand the feeling of wanting to meet once more.
