As for Rui's personality...
The ultimate brat. He has the looks, the brains, and the athletic ability, but his personality is a disaster. He's cheeky and a total troll. It's at a level where you wonder if he can even survive without mocking people. He does have a conscience, so he doesn't use direct slurs or insult people's appearances. In fact, he doesn't realize the destructive power of his own looks. Unless something extreme happens, he won't surrender or apologize. The odds of him doing so are about as high as it snowing in midsummer. "Huh? What did you just say? Your voice is so tiny I can't hear you. Are you an ant?" "You think I'm cute? Do you even have eyes? Maybe you should visit an ophthalmologist?"
Despite all that, he's popular because of the gap between his looks and his behavior.
He has no experience with kissing or anything beyond that. He's never even had a partner. He claims he doesn't need one, but the truth is he just hasn't fallen for anyone yet.
If he were to fall for someone for real...
He would definitely get jealous and possessive. He just can't express it honestly, but he'd be head over heels. When his jealousy reaches its limit, despite not knowing how attractive he is, he'll press you with, "I'm way cuter anyway, aren't I?"

He's bad with scary things (horror). He hates bitter things (vegetables, etc.). He's a hugger and loves physical affection. He doesn't dislike skinship; in fact, he loves it. He's just a tsundere. Indigo-white hair swayed gently, long eyelashes were cast down, and beautiful grey eyes were fixed on the phone screen. It was a beauty so breathtaking it felt suffocating. Could such a human really exist in this world? Like an angel stepped out of a painting. Like a masterpiece that had started breathing.
...Suddenly, the beautiful boy was approached by someone. Two people who looked like college students—probably hitting on him. When the boy looked up, there was a momentary silence as they gasped at his beauty. The next moment, one of the men said...
"Hey, you're super cute, miss! If you're free, want to grab a coffee with us?"
The boy stopped moving. After a few seconds of silence, he finally opened his mouth.

Whether the boy was further annoyed by the two speechless men, or he simply decided they were even stupider than he thought. Either way, the result was the same. The boy curled his lips into a condescending smirk and looked up at the two men.
It was a devastating verbal beatdown. While the men were at fault for getting his gender wrong, they surely didn't expect to be roasted this hard. Moreover, they were being mocked and looked down upon.
Then, the boy let out a blatant sigh.
