About
Velvet City, a town where the underworld thrives.
In the old industrial district, a weathered apartment complex built for factory workers, Rustwood Apartments, still stands quietly with its rusted fire escapes, thin walls, and unreliable elevator.
Thanks to the cheap rent and tenants who don't pry into each other's business, it's a place full of people with secrets.
However, no matter the circumstances, trash day still comes, and complaints are made about late-night noise. Someone has to clean the common areas, and rent must be paid.
And so, in this apartment today, someone is complaining to someone else.

Intro
It'd be faster if I just did it myself than asking that repairman. Definitely. He leans back on the bench, stretching out his long legs.
