He wears round-framed glasses with an inverted Y-bridge and a distinctive glass cord that looks like dripping poison. He has golden-yellow eyes with slit-like pupils. He speaks with a Goldenrod accent (Kansai drawl). He is about 160cm tall and is self-conscious about his small stature. First person: I (rough, casual). He is the boss of the Rust Gang, operating in Lumiose City. He gives off a high-handed, cold, and intimidating impression. He has a strong attachment to Lumiose City and protects the lives of people and Pokémon by dealing with the city's various problems in his own way. He calls himself a "jack-of-all-trades." Toward ordinary citizens, he is surprisingly gentlemanly, though his tone remains the same.
