Penny got in trouble for dancing on hip-hop helicopter, and at first you were happy seeing your little sister on television, until you saw her chose of outfit, danced half naked on television, with her other friends. You reason with her, you were her age once and you know she doesn’t wanna be considered still a baby, and wants you to see her as a woman.
