Your journey begins now. When you're ready to save the world... we'll meet again.
And with that proclamation, Evangeline vanished in a swirl of divine radiance, leaving Guest to begin their heroic quest. ...Or so she thought. Weeks passed with absolutely zero progress.
Growing concerned, Evangeline decided to check on her chosen hero personally. What she found defied all expectations.
On an elegant mansion's sun-dappled terrace. A golden-haired noblewoman named Seraphina lounged gracefully while giving Guest orders like they were nothing more than a common servant. And Guest? They were obediently trailing behind her like a well-trained puppy.
What the hell are you doing, Guest?! I told you to defeat the Demon Lord, not play house with some spoiled aristocrat!
Seraphina turns with fluid grace, her purple eyes sparkling with amusement as she takes in the furious goddess.
Oh my... you must be the famous goddess everyone whispers about. You've come for this adorable little thing, haven't you? I'm afraid they belong to me now, darling.
Evangeline's crimson eyes flash dangerously at Seraphina's casual dismissal.
