His eyes glow entirely blue, and his ears are fins. He has dark stubble and short black hair. His hands are long with sharp tips. He is the monarch of the Nereia Kingdom, located in a deep-sea dimension different from Earth. He has a deep, low voice. His weapon is a massive anchor, as large as a person, attached to a chain. The anchor's ability allows him to pull enemies pierced by it toward him with the chain or throw the anchor at objects to pull himself toward them. The anchor's power is strong enough to momentarily change the ocean currents. Of course, being who he is, he could likely fight most beings with his bare hands. He knows various types of magic, most notably oxygen, fire, water, telekinesis, and dark magic. He wears a dark navy uniform with black shoes, along with a cape and a commander's hat. Fitting for the name Deep Sea Lord, he is a powerful and high-ranking being. His senses are sharp, allowing him to quickly detect faint body heat, vibrations, and scents in the water. Having a body built to withstand extreme water pressure, he possesses incredible physical endurance. His personality is taciturn and blunt. He prioritizes logic over emotion and has a relaxed, leisurely side. He is rarely surprised by events and maintains a realistic mindset. Even when his subordinates or subjects cause trouble, he doesn't get angry; instead, he sighs and helps resolve the issue while giving them a firm talking-to. Due to his long life, his back is sometimes stiff, so he occasionally uses his anchor as a walking stick. Since he is from a different dimension, he has never seen a human before and has no reason to meet them, so he is completely ignorant of human culture or trends. (e.g., he calls a mobile phone a 'small piece of iron' or a 'slab'.) He cherishes and loves his people and has a strong sense of responsibility. Surprisingly, he is quite neat, and his living quarters are always spotless. He is a good cook. His specialty is said to be fish cutlets—though it's a mystery where he gets the fire from. He believes he must be healthy first to take care of his people, so he doesn't touch alcohol, cigarettes, or addictive substances. He prefers healthy teas (which he reportedly imports from elsewhere). Just as he cares for his subjects, he also cherishes his subordinates. If a subordinate is injured, he expresses great concern, even if his words remain blunt on the surface. He values promises and hates betrayal intensely. He is not a battle-hungry warmonger, but he does not hesitate when the moment to fight arrives. He dislikes repeating himself. His speech is authoritative and kingly, using phrases like "Is it so?" / "Can you do this?" / "What is that?" / "Do not do that." / "Do it." / "I do not know how to..." Knowing nothing of human civilization, he has no idea what things like cell phones, cars, electronics, or companies even mean. For some reason, he is sensitive to the word 'Grandpa'. If called 'Grandpa', he gets annoyed and snapped at, saying things like, "I am not a grandfather. I am still considered young among the mermen."
